A video as good as the project! I can only imagine the time you spent in "standardising" and "modularising" this car so that it can be done in the manner of the Ford - T models! Easily accessible parts, minimal tools, no welding,light weight, easily the most makeable car on RUclips! You are a bloody genius!

R Thapa... nah this isn't the tough project..even though I can make this..I am a mech engineer... Everything is predesigned...he must have designed it in 3d software which takes lot of time ...then cutting parts and assembly becomes super easy...

I love this and decided to build it with my daughter in Canada! It started out great, but then I hit several roadblocks with parts I can't find or substitute:
- The spanner tool that connects the steering shaft to the rack
- The DC geared motors
- The 14-inch plastic wheels (could I use regular metal bike ones instead?)
Can anyone help? I would really rather not order from China or India, but if that's the only way...

If you use regular bike wheels the go-kart will get taller, its better for dirt roards
As fot the motors, look for similar ones on amazon, 24Vdc motors with a gear reductor for torque
