I never see this kata... Only Nage no Kata and Katame no Kata. and some intro about Ju no Kata.

@@kring3l0rd he did not. That was a totally fake Go-no-kata and bore no resemblance to this. Not his fake though.

I’m guessing it shows how to brace and use opponent’s strength against him etc.?
