@@twinityy lol I didn't notice them until I accidentally swiped onto them during the second season and I had to go back and basically rewatch S1 just to enjoy them all lmao
@@twinityy some of them are so random though lol. Like in the first ep, Jeff makes a comment about Leah's "super awesome mix" and the note says "Leah was gifted this CD by her childhood friend Emily" and it's like?? They just came up with this Emily friend for this one reference to explain Leah not naming the mix lol. I just think it's funny that they give this unseen and unmentioned character a name. We see you Emily.
I especially like the ones that give insight by comparing the kids - like saying which go to public vs private school, and what each of them eat for breakfast. I think the S2 ones were actually better! But maybe bc they/I needed more of those background tidbits since they couldn't spend as much time actually fleshing out the boys and putting those little details into dialogue like they could in S1 (more often imo)
Honestly the boys are a nice touch to the plot but the issue was mainly time. We had all of S1 AND a year and a half between Seasons to fully dedicate ourselves to the girls. So essential we waited a year and a half to get half of a season of what the fan base expected and wanted. I honestly think a Season 3 would have seen better ratings than Season 2. Most of us were initially blindsided but now we know the boys and actually care about them. Plus with them being together, the time sharing will be better.
season 2 for the girls felt like a fanfic brought to life and although they had the sweetest moments, I feel like we needed more time with them to talk about more important issues. The boys are literally a control group, it really doesn't matter their backstories or anything because its supposed to compare with how the girls acted. Maybe a couple scenes every few episodes showing how they did differently would be enough
And if Gretchen wants to prove girls are better leaders she actually needs a boys group to compare with. It's just the creator had the screentime ratio off. It kills me that the show's been cancelled.

@@thecritic122 Several reasons.1)No one ever said Fatin was bi or pan.Leah they _hinted_ she's _possibly_ queer this season,but Fatin we've seen her only with men so far and she's not Shelby..if she was queer,I think we would have known from the start. 2)I don't think Leah should be in a romantic relationship.She doesn't give her best in those kind of situations. 3)I think Fatin deserves better. 4)IF I have to ship Leah with someone,it would be Ian.💙🧡 5)If I have to ship Fatin with a girl it would be Dot!💕 6)EVEN if I shipped Leatin,I would *NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS* say they are a better ship than Shoni!💞
