Erik Tomlin, EDI Platform Manager at the Royal Academy of Engineering led this useful and thought provoking Lunch & Learn session.
Objective: What’s the secret to unlocking innovation in my organisation? This workshop shows how feelings of inclusion and belonging matter for innovation. It will give you a guided approach to good EDI practices in the workplace.
We will discuss some challenges in trying to develop a good culture and some practical steps individuals can take to help create an inclusive culture in their organisation.
Attendees will also learn more about how the Royal Academy of Engineering is supporting the industry with programmes such as GEEP, Inclusive Leadership Programme, and Culture+ and how to get started.
