You can study BCA in nepal but In abroad you will not get to study IT because without maths you willnot get NOC but I have applied for data analysis in canada and after one year you can change the subject.
i am also interested in pursuing cs in my undergrad and since there were not ecas related to cs in my highschool i am quite worried but except for that i have good profile with good ecas. Since I will be applying for cs i think i should be doing at least something related to cs if you could suggest anything which can be done.
