  • Shed hunting is a great pass time and source of exercise. I use every reason i can come up with to spend time in nature and shed hunting is one of my favorite ways to get out and explore. This video is some clips i took of a few of the sheds i have found this year with some extra footage of my dad finding a couple.

Very nice set bud it's weird that some antlers can't hit the ground without getting chewed up then some lay years don't get touched I have heard bud that if a deer had a disease dropped there shed's or died from a disease nothing will chew on the shed's or rack bud 😮😮😮😮😮😮

I’ve never heard that but it makes sense. Squirrels and mice could have the ability to know if the deer was sick

That’s crazy, we don’t get much ehd in northeast Oklahoma, but we usually hunt Nebraska too and their numbers seem to be really low

Discoloration like sun bleaching, cracking from the weather, and fresh sheds will have a clean pedicle with a wax ring where the bucks skin would hav touched the antlers.
