The irregular slopes you showed. They come in an olive green color too. I found them in pick a brick once and they make great roofs.

Właśnie rozebrałem do końca Siege i sortuje 😁 Niestety nie mam tyle miejsca na szufladki, więc sporo części trafia do woreczków strunowych. Piękna kolekcja, nic tylko budować na pełny etat 😅
Może kiedyś 😅 Jak zacznę budować to i tak pewnie trzeba będzie domawiać...

The system from chowaj looks verry nice and i like to by it.
But one email later, they told me that they only ship in Poland.
It's a pity for everyone who doesn't live in Poland, because it's a really good system.

Thank you. Were you not able to convince him to ship to Germany? That's not that far. But good luck in searching for a good system. And as for the next episode, I'm still making the rockwork, but the vid should be out next week. Just need to push it more 😅
I sort by part category for important pieces (brackets, clips, hinges, modified bricks, etc.). the rest is sorted by color. that is a lazy system that works and does not require hours of sorting. This allows me to easily build MOCs in a predefined color scheme
I tried that in the begining but doesn't work for me at all. Too much time spent looking for one piece. I rather sort it once after disassembling then do do it each time I sit to build. 😉 But whatever works for you mate.

They are awesome. But make sure you write to the store if they will ship to Germany. I know that someone already wanted to ship abroad and they didn't want to send because they were afraid it could be damaged.
Are there any alternatives to Chowaj for us in the UK?
I saw similar solutions on temu, but other than that i can't help 😉
Elegancko! zacna kolekcja, posortowane klasa ;) sam uzywam szufladek, tylko tych z lidla/aldi (bo taniej) ale zdają egzamin. Dla bezpieczeństwa zawieszone na wkręty na płycie przekręconej do ściany :)
Dzięki. Plus jest u mnie taki że nie są przytwierdzone di ściany i ani drgną. Obawiam sie tylko ile jeszcze stół wytrzyma 🤣

Unfortunately not. The seller told me he used to ship abroad but they were damaged so not it's only in Poland.
I think when it comes to Lego I'm more like a 6-year-old and I probably should start sorting by color... I'm not going to be building complicated MOCs anytime soon and I don't have the space for that complicated giant storage system. I have been sorting by type but it's been a huge pain in the butt because I have so many containers! I think if I were to sort by color and then just break it down into very simple categories (small/medium/large?) from there it would probably be the best solution...
Yeah space is a crucial part here. But you can sort by type families and color. For example brown plates x1 separated from x2 x4 etc. As long as it fits your building style. 😉
Anyone seen some storage containers like what chowaj provides in the western countries? I'd love to find something like that for north america.
I've seen some guys using similar solutions in the US, so I guess u have to look around 😉

@@cgflightmech01 Nope, and I'm still quite jealous at these! I've not found anyone in US selling the clear containers (and sizes) like chowaj has.
what should I use if I can't get the black sorting system shipped to my country in Iceland.
You should try some local hardware stores (they usually have some similar solutions), or maybe Lidl, on Temu (I saw some similar in an add recently). Hope that helps 😉

I’m a young adult and I already sorted my collection by color half in bags and half unsorted. Should I start over and sort by part or stay with what I know?
Whatever works for you. If you have sorted by color, you can now easly separate different types within that color (for example plates, bricks etc serepately). That way, you will have not only seperated by color but roughly by type. 😉

Color and size works pretty well actually. Get your daughter a size sorter and you'll see how much more she makes with the pieces.
I couldnt manage with only color when I had way less bricks, so cannot imagine how I'd be able to do it now 🫣
@@CubeBrick It helps to know what pieces I can use when I build using a specific color. You kind of already do somewhat when you look at your collection. Just arrange the drawers by color. Put the pieces in the same place/order for each color to help know where they are.
Why don't people use labels?
I was thinking about making some, but the layout changes from time to time, so I rather memorise when each piece is 😉

I doubt it. The owner said that they tried abroad but they came in damaged, so he'd rather not do that. But you can always ask 😉

Im a menace i have 3 carpets full of lego non sorted. I collected lego my whole life how do i sort it because it is a mess

I doubt that. The price for shipping would be too high, besides they could get damaged during the trip. But I'm sure that there are similar containers in the US

There is many different kinds you can buy in North America. I was able to buy some sorting drawer bins from my local automotive parts store (Canadian Tire)
They are normally listed under nuts and bolts sorting bins.

Ma Pan jakieś kody rabatowe na produkty chowajto? Albo czy Pan sam ma jakieś zniżki u nich. Mam Ok 120 000 klocków, ile takich kontenerów by wystarczyło so pomieszczenia tego. Nie mam całkowicie rozeznania, wiec jakiekolwiek szacunki mi pomogą. Pozdrawiała

Kodu niestety nie mam żadnego (a sam bym takowym nie pogardził). Ile kontenerów potrzeba to kwestia indywidualna. Każdy sortuje swoją kolekcję wg swojego sposobu sortowania, zależnego od tego jakie elementy się posiada. Polecam zacząć od kilku w różnych wariantach rozmiarowych i z czasem rozbudowywać jak znajdzie się swój system 😉
Hej, dzieki za odpowiedz:) Sporo myslalem przez te kilka godzin i sadze ze podstawowym czynnikiem jest wyznaczenia ilosci miejsca jakie mozna przeznaczyc na zabudowanie:) kolejny krok to wiedza ile procentowo roznych partow zawiera kolekcja. no nic, czasem zadanie pytania na głos juz prowadzi do pewnych rozwiazań. Pozdrawiam serdeczenie
@@michalserafin6972 u mnie budowanie szło stopniowo, ale prędzej czy później i tak skończy się miejsce. A co do kodów promocyjnych to możesz zajrzeć do Zapalskiego. Wiem że niedawno też nawiązał z nimi współpracę i jakieś kody posiadał. Nie wiem czy dalej obowiązują, ale spróbować nie zaszkodzi
