He is clearly top 2 as he and Jordan are in a league of their own. The difference is Lebron played longer with healthier seasons, so his accolades would obviously have a higher count than Jordan's. Of course no one would break records Lebron makes as of now, but they will be broken in the future and then someone else would be established as the GOAT. As of now, Lebron should be more respected as one of the greatest of all time, but I don't consider him the GOAT yet.
