Sa halagang almost 14 million, dapat walang shared toilet and bathroom. Pati sa ground floor, lalabas ka pa ng room para magbanyo. Yang mga ganyang bagay ang nakaka-turn-off sa mga house and lot na ibinibenta. Dapat pinagplanuhan nang maayos ng architect para may privacy ang mga tao sa bahay. Isa pang red flag yung maid's room, hindi makatao ang pagkagawa. Sobrang liit at ang maliit na bintana nakatapat pa sa motor ng aircon. That's only my opinion.

House this big and price all rooms should have ensuit bathroom, too much balcony, few windows for natural source of light, no dirty kitchen, no back yard, no pocket garden except the one in parking lot which looks like a separated space from the house, lastly, the most important room is master's bedroom but no walk in closet? hmm. layout of the house is not wisely done but it has a big potential.
