I pass this home on my long walks around Lake Kedron. Its a short walk to the docks on the lake and McIntosh High School, one of the best high schools in the state. Love the Interlochen neighborhood
@@nicolenixon1108 The family and I have been here in PTC for 4 years with kids ranging from 2 to 16 when we got here. First, take Facebook for what it is worth. The angriest types hang out there upset over some imagined threat to their desired way of life. One of those threats is a city that's is diversifying like the rest of the greater Atlanta Metro. It has diversified nearly as fast as the rest of northern Fayette County, but its changing. Regardless the community is extremely friendly, in a Mayberry type way sometimes, and you will not have issues here or in the schools. You will find the schools have greater Black pecentages than the city as a whole. There is enough of a minortiy population in the schools that they don't feel out of place or uncomfortable, and the schools are some of the best in the state. Ive had kids at both Kedron and McIntosh and they love it. The greatest expeince is the multiuse trails that run throughout the city. It connects us as a community, allows kids and us the freedom to travel and be outside in ways we don't really do any more, and are great for cycling, running, walking and golf cart riding of course. Ive had so many casual random conversations while out on the trails. Just be ready for non-stop waving and greetings out there. Its also one of the safest places aroung to raise a family.
Most of Peachtree City was built within the tree canopy, and that area has an even heavier canopy towards the main road. It's beautiful to drive or walk through. Unfortunately the land for the new builds on the far west portion of the city was cleared for construction.
@@illtrill thanks. I live 'up north' so definitely not familiar. Shame new builds won't build around trees. It's cheaper for developers to mow down trees and build on cleared land.

Much Love To Atlanta All The Way From Cincinnati. 💪🏽😎
Trees. What a lovely sight. New builds have exquisite interiors but are in barren areas, devoid of trees and foliage.

Not interested in a home with a basement or attic you can shelve these big yards, too
House is alright it doesn't it hit me.
Some fool is going to speed through and miss the turn and then end up inside this house.
Over priced, small kitchen
