As of my personal experience, always build Soulstealer first on Fiddle. Everything else can wait

Yea no problem.
I built R.O.A first for some extra health cos i was afraid of khazix.
Then soulstealer for ult cooldown.
Rylai's was mainly to keep the enemy in my ult range as long as possible for maximum dmg.
Crown for khazix oneshot combo, sera 3rd ability/ult and morgana 1st ability.
Then death cap for maximum ap.
