Matt, you should really upgrade your cat cannon and change it to a different cannon. There are a variety of cannons to use and will help out much more than the regular shock wave cannon. There is a slow cannon that will slow all enemies on the field for a good amount of time. Another decent one is the water cannon it will take 35 percent ( at lv 20) of all METAL enemies you may want to use this one for metal stages. all cat cannons have a different use for each type of stage/enemy.

You can cheese weeping dunes by using fishman to kill the first two moths, than use the money to summon a bahamut and yukimira to cheese the base by killing the henry and destroying the base before the hyenas come out
I guess I could do a bit of tips here -> Sanzo Cat (bishop true form) is super effective vs most of the Bun Bun family, especially on Li'l Bun Buns -> Please include some slow meatshields in your loadout, fast meatshields don't cover a lot of ground
When meat shielding try to use 3 meat shields (maniac Mohawk and dual erasers) and using can can to kill peons is a great way to get cash. When there's a owlbrow or mooth, using fishman to kill them early is great. And using icat against every red is not a good idea since single target and horribly low range (icat is only really good against bore and berserkory).
You can double hit something, if 30000 1 damage dealing enemies attacked at the same time to a 30000 health cat with 100 knockbacks, the cat dies in one hit.
Hey Matt I think it would be worth your time to go and complete all the zombie outbreaks. You get 10 catfood for each level resulting in 2880 total, and when you complete each subchapter you get bonuses of extra overall XP when completing levels and an increase in your cat energy cap
