এটা নতুন কিছু না। ছোট বেলা থেকে খেয়ে আসতেছি, মানে আজ থেকে ২০/২৫ বছর আগে থেকে। আর আছে, লাউয়ের ফুলের ভেতর মাছ দিয়ে ভাজা করে বানায়, এটাও বেশ মজার।
আমার ও উজবেকিস্তান সামসা খেতে পচ্ছন্দ। এর মাধ্যমে ঘোড়ার মাংসের সসেজ, কোয়েল পাখির ডিম। গরুর মাংসের কিমা আছে। ইনশাআল্লাহ একদিন উজবেকিস্তান গিয়ে খাব
