  • A bit of a departure from the usual as I share a quick part and demo video of my new lighting system. Visibility has been vastly improved. System runtime exceeds two hours fully lit, but has not yet been reached.
Parts listed below do not include wire, tools, wire ties, and heat shrink tubing which I already had laying around. Everything else was purchased via Amazon and at time of purchase total was less than $150 USD.
    4pk Bull Bar Mounting Brackets - a.co/hlJCjaN
    TalentCell 12V/8300mAh battery - a.co/h2RebzP
    1ft 2.1mm x 5.5mm DC cable - a.co/119pd77
    20pk 12V single color 15 LED strips - a.co/culHtet
Lylla Single Mode Cree LED Foglights - a.co/c9Ih1lS
Kawell Single Row 13" LED Floodlight - a.co/9qQuPRi
    Red Self Adhesive Tint Film 12" x 48" - a.co/2gLWC1g
The purple LED strips have been wired to turn on when the battery is turned on, while the foglights and rear floodlight are both wired to the switch on the left side of the towelbar. Wiring is made unobtrusive with hook and loop wire ties and light housings do not detract from clearance.
