- Thieves were caught on camera breaking into mailboxes at a Denver condominium complex. FOX31's Rachel Saurer shows video from the Beaumont Place community, while residents say this was not the first time it's happened.

My mailbox was broken into a couple of times and it still has damage on it i had to use a pry bar to bind the section that was holding my mailbox from opening and we have only one camera now we used to have to but one got broken
The question is if they steal the bills and get caught do they have to pay them since they wanted all the bills too
