Best Chicken Maqlooba recipie ever! Maqlooba is an Arabic Dish. Maqlooba means Upside Down dish in Arabic. Chicken Maqlooba is very easy to make. Maqlooba is made with chicken, rice, and vegetable of your choice. Ingredients; ( serving 8-10)

16 pieces Chickens or as needed
2 large eggplants 🍆 cuts in shapes you like
1 large onion diced
1 large onion 🧅 cuts in rings shapes
3-4 cloves of garlic chopped
4 potato 🥔 sliced thinly
4 tomatoes 🍅 sliced
6 cups of long grain rice 🍚 ( wash and soak for at least 30 minutes)
salt and pepper as needed
1 Serrano pepper ( optional)
1/2 tbsp 7 spice ( Arabic spices)
1/2 tbsp Turmeric
1/2 tbs garam Masala
1 bay leave
1 small piece of cinnamon stick

how long to cook the rice and isn't you put the potatoes first how come it's bell peppers I see at the bottom?

+Life Discoveries after the steam raised rice need to cook At least for 30-40 minutes in low heat. ….hahahah, you are right when i turned it over my potatoes stuck in the pot thats why you see the bell peppers. I guess need a new pot 😁😄
