Amazing video, especially enjoyed the shot where you were working out running on the lazy Susan.
The vulnerability you show with overcomplicating and then „reducing“ the model is so important, I will use your video in education, to show people how to be secure and vulnerable in their making, and acknowledging that even if something does not work, one can still be determined to finish the project, and take pride in the result. Thank you for role Modelling this, it‘s important!
here's an idea... wrap some sandpaper around a wooden block place it against the lazy susan and spin it for a while - eventually it will become a perfect circle :)
Wrap a belt around the motor and disc to apply tension and pull them towards each other - maybe an old turntable belt or a timing belt from a car?
I love the thumbnail for this video !!
I use heat inserts and they're pretty useful but when possible I now design in a slot that is a press-fit for a nut. I found that it's usually more durable and installation is faster. When I mess up a part design I can remove the nuts, too. 😸
I reuse the heat inserts all the time, there not great but they do the job.
Add a bit of tape to the narrow section of the wheel?
Massive missed oppourtinity for Mini Mellow to recreate Nemo's Eurovision performance!
Its always best to over engineer every project 🤣
Good idea
Love the videos, what is that thing on your glasses?
Thank you, the thing on my glasses is my microphone

You are so lazy... this could have been an awesome project :) There is no link to the wires, lazyness again?
It’s not all lazyness, I’m in the middle of moving home and didn’t have a lot of time for this one.
