She writes, sings and produces her music by herself, and when she puts these three specialties together, it becomes a beautiful unique sound. We sat down and had a chat with her recently, and she talked about her background, her music and the inspiration behind her song “Try Me”

Awwwww she is so beautiful. Inside and outside. She is a big mystery. I just love people who dare to be different. Making her own type of song and beats different from that of the mainstream Nigerian sound. I couldn't believe it when I heard she is Nigerian. Like how in the world can that be. I always thought she was Jamaican or from the islands. I'm impressed. Her music is universal and she will be one of Africa's biggest stars. Like she said "When you are blessed, you are blessed". I remember hearing her say that she always speaks like she's bored. I can definitely hear that but I love her all the same.
