Every time I listen to this song, I remember the many years in OK. I start remembering the good times but then the worst times in my life were there as well. I cry because I wish I had been smarter and not done the stupid things I did. Why didn't I see that the person I came there from KS with was not who I thought he was and all he did was lie constantly? Why was I so damned stupid to waste all my good years on loving someone who was just pretending to be everything I thought he was? I was in love with a figment of my imagination, and it ruined me. In my mind, I never left. That pain never went away. When you have loved someone all your life and he was not who you thought he was, it damages your heart forever. I am glad I left there and came to CO, at least now we are not in the same state. I never believed another word a man said to me, and I never will.

Never liked Lainey Wilson. Knew she was in Twisters. Saw Twisters. I literally said, “Is that Lainey Wilson?!??!?” When her song came on. This song is so good and if she makes more like this, I will definitely be listening. Pulls at the heartstrings, beautiful vocals, strong lyrics, perfection. LAINEY IF YOU SEE THIS PLEASE MAKE MORE MUSIC LIKE THIS BECAUSE IT SOUNDS SO PRETTY. I seriously never liked her before this. I always thought she sounded like she was trying too hard but her voice just sounds so pretty and pure I need more. :)
