Real nasty cooking. Dumping food into pots from bags and baskets that have been sitting on dirty floor. These cooks, you cannot call them CHEFS, need to go to Japan to learn what cleanliness is all about.

You could never survive that food unless you lived there and had built up immunity to that unsanitary process. At every step I see things that could never happen in most western countries
For me its not very well clean. No mask, gloves. Suppose to be chicken parts must wash thorougly. And there should be some item on cooking. Apron must wear. More water to wash everg food they serve🙄

@@sdash6242 Hygiene is not a bad thing, I will not eat unhygienic food either, but hygienic food/environment will increase the cost of the food, investment and obviously will not be affordable by poor people, the food which is undigestable/ un-immune to you and me, will be digestible/immune to people who are used to consume that. So those foods are not for you and me but only for the people who are not able to afford them. It is up to you to decide to eat or not , it is easy to comment hygenic .. blah blah...., but think practical difficulties.. ( Always worry about chemicals, that are more hazardous ( that are highly used in all the hygienic restaurants to show us, they are clean and fresh) than this bio issues, chemicals do more damage to organs )

These people don't seem to wash their meat or fish with lime...that food must be really smell fresh
