If you're interested in Tomb Raider I recommend the Legend trilogy if you want something closer to classic TR, or the reboot trilogy if you want something closer to Uncharted (but with a semi-open hub world and simple crafting). They're both good, and the first reboot game is a timeless classic to me. Not everyone's into it because it has about 1% of Uncharted's charm and +500% seriousness, but the pacing is so perfect I 100% it every other year.
A little late now, and I know you wouldn't have wanted to know while playing it anyway, but: One can take down those guardians (at full health, no head-shot required, on Hard difficulty) using only two crossbow bolts.
