try a few things: one would be to take the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator (you can check out my fuel pressure regulator video for that one). Run it and see if it still misses. Make sure the vacuum line doesnt smell like gas. The other thing to do is at night, take a spray bottle filled with water and spray the spark plug wires and see if you see little sparks. The car should be running as you do this. If you see sparks, then you need new plugs and wires! Let me know if that helps!

It is simple. You just fill it up half water half coolant... Not hard at all... Fill the radiator, let it run with the radiator cap off, turn the heat on, and if there is air, bleed it from the bleeder valve on the waterpump...

The waterpump itself was under $200 and the blades are fine. They rarely go bad and are made of aluminum so it wont rust.... I would use the stock thermostat (190F)

At 7:03 you can clearly see the coupler on the shaft that connects the cam... I assumed that you would recognize the coupler comes off and is needed for the new waterpump but thanks for letting me know it is not so obvious. Does my annotation clear it up?

Just put new radiator in, drove it twice and now leaking under the water pump. I'm assuming no hoses down that way but this video is a big help. Probably going to have to change the water pump now, have a 95 6 speed with 80k miles, it was bone stock prior to radiator and now water pump. With that 180 thermo your still getting to roughly 228 in traffic and then when driving about 30mph you go to 215 or so and highway she runs down high 190s to low 200s? Curious about that. Also was that thermostat on top or bottom, couldn't tell. Ty for the video again

It can be a few things. I would make sure your thermostat is working (did you change it with the waterpump)? Your block could be clogged, your radiator cap could be leaking, and/or your headgasket could be bad. You can purchase a coolant system pressure tester for under $100 or take it to a shop and have them test the system... See if you can get your radiator cap tested for free... That would be my first step along with a thermostat.

Thanks for the video, I'm actually doing this right now on my boat. Just have to wait to go get coupler from dealership the old one doesn't want to come off the splines plus it's all rusted.

Dear ChrisFix , I love this video for 2 reasons and I am only 4 seconds into it. reason 1: RAMMSTEIN!!!, and reason 2: it's a LT1 / LT4 video. Please if you can do more LT1/LT4 videos because they're kinda unique, but if not it's ok because that's a pretty small viewer group.

well the only way to find out is to take the intake off and look around... The bottom of the water pump will most likely tell you if it is the culprit (the wheep hole leaks)... It could also be where the gasket and water-pump meet... Check those areas and if you dont see anything it is probably something else...
