Too bad it is so difficult to get to beautiful places like this, but I guess if a lot of people visited it wouldn't be so beautiful anymore.

Let’s hope the opposition to support some bills that will help curb crime and stop playing politics. Also we the people need to call out the extremely rich who keeps bringing in the guns, the endless bullets and the drugs that plaguing our country.

Great production… but when will the media focus on the truth of Chaguaramas? When hundreds of people, families… were evicted under a “lease” to the Americans by the Government of T&T. Generations of people and settlers gone in an instant and never received any reconciliation or answers to this day. These lands weren’t inherited by squatters, the deeds for these lands came from when Trinidad was still apart of the British Commonwealth.
The rightful inhabitants of Chaguaramas deserve answers. For example the Tardieu family and Scotland Bay. They were evicted by the Americans at gun point on their lands, their homes, and forced further inland. Decades of culture, history, and livelihood was stolen from that family and never returned.
I love admiring the beauty of T&T, but let us not stray from the echoes of a dark history.
