The assets you are referring to (I am guessing you mainly mean the icons and the props such as Eulmore?) were all recreated by the asset artist from scratch, so it isn't much different from any type of fanart you see around. None of the assets are extracted directly from the game. Our team has also been very clear about our references to FFXIV, so it really is more like a tribute to the game than anything else. Thank you for worrying though! In general, disqualifications in CBs related to art happen more often due to things like tracing art without crediting
