It has interesting premise - the reincarnated gladiator from Pompeii basically looking for his past love and friends? There is a lot switching between present which is rom-com and past which is tragedy.

I do not hate sports manga its just one of those genres which does not interest me as much as others. But I know of eyeshield, slamdunk, real ,etc those are good. Everyone I know who has read Haikyuu has loved it so def might try it out!
