Doesn't make sense as goats are capable of feeding 2 kids with no problem at all ... Goat growing fast is a matter of genetics, feeds and good management ... They should improve genetics in this farm
A scheme?!? make a count of live animals and not the paper ledger of supposed 48K animals. Any said members please step in here and add your take on this good offer. Insurance of live animals would bankrupt many a farmer, explain this please since we need more data on the insurance cover you having. Act of God, diseases not covered so maybe if someone purposely kicks the animal to death maybe covered.
