I have Parkinson's Disease (Stage 4 and 15 year in January) and have been suffering for a couple of years with the tickle. I go into coughing fits whenever anything touches the back of my throat (like vinegar or lemonade). THIS VIDEO IS THE FIRST TO CORRECT ME. I am pretty sure i actually have Tongue Root Tension (which I never heard before today). I did your three suggested exercises for about 7 minutes each and my throat is now open and has space. Normally I feel my tongue taking up the whole area and I have a tendency to sound nasally. I recorded my voice before and after. How do I get more information? You are a GENIUS. Thank you.
