In reality, the laptop sits in the service center for multiple keyboard replacements, the inner grooves for the nuts that fix the laptop in place break after a few openings, the ribbons are so weak that they start to fall apart and people are forced to use external keyboard with their laptops. This is without even getting into thermal issues, the bad hinge that fails and you know it and that's why your ADP costs 8000 but even that is a loss for you because we never talked about your horrible support in and out of warranty. The only reason you are surviving is due to third party repair shops having enough parts that your laptops can be readily fixed and due to ads like these and promotions to other influencers.
In the name of the festival they are selling defective products. My omen 16 battery sucks, called for a onsite support. It been only 4 days since I bought it.
