    Great shooting, and the format of the game is something I'd like to see here at my clubs in the states.
    Thanks for putting the shoot on your channel.

    That was awesome. Would appreciate seeing more of the shooters form and how they grab and load their shells. Even better, seeing that one guy with the right arm tattoo that looked to not have his head in the stock haha.

      @@lloydyp I’d be 100% up for that, but not to get annihilated by AA/AAA shooters 😂 if they had a separate competition per level E.g. CPSA class then that would be awesome.
      I’ll keep an eye out for it next year.

    Excellent video gentlemen. What choke constrictions were most of the shooters using ??

    • @lloydyp
      @lloydyp  5 месяцев назад

      No clue I’m afraid, pretty broad selection of shooters , guns and cartridges and choke choice is personal, we didn’t ask anyone.

    Some very impressive shooting. I wonder if this could be a useful format to televise more competitive clay shooting?

    • @lloydyp
      @lloydyp  Год назад

      Well that’s sort of the idea. This is a copy of the old NSCA format which was televised.

    Could you explain the scoring? Please

    • @lloydyp
      @lloydyp  Год назад +1

      Sure, the targets have a value that corresponds to their difficulty, target one was a sitter worth 1 point through 7 which was a midi looper at 50-60 yards. A hit scores the target value resulting in a max possible score per round of 56 for the full sequence or 28 for the speed round.

    Good format but do the shooters need the banter in the back ground, bad form :)

    • @lloydyp
      @lloydyp  Год назад +1

      I disagree, the point of the format is such that the "banter" is part of it, watch previous year's finals, this is what we have always done.

    • @bradhayleyolsen3760
      @bradhayleyolsen3760 Год назад

      Seems "a lot" (all) are wearing hearing protection so the banter is probably rather muffled anyway?!

    • @kevinharker1840
      @kevinharker1840 9 месяцев назад

      100% agree Ian, a conversation ive had with Mark Winser, it's just bad manners, especially when young shooters are on the stand, there's always usually a couple of gobshites who can't take the sport seriously, once they've shot, fu€k everyone else!!

  • @leegundry835
    @leegundry835 11 месяцев назад +2

    Excellent video,,Just to much muttering going on in the back ground,,,all for having a crack but not in a shoot off...If and I mean "If" it was a CPSA shoot Lp would of been told to "shut up"

    • @lloydyp
      @lloydyp  11 месяцев назад

      It's not CPSA, we make the rules and the "muttering" is part of the format. It's only this year due to technical difficulties that I wasn't muttering into a mic.

    • @kevinharker1840
      @kevinharker1840 9 месяцев назад
