Great shooting, and the format of the game is something I'd like to see here at my clubs in the states.
Thanks for putting the shoot on your channel.
Thanks man.
Excellent video, thank's Lloyd.
You are very welcome man.
That was awesome. Would appreciate seeing more of the shooters form and how they grab and load their shells. Even better, seeing that one guy with the right arm tattoo that looked to not have his head in the stock haha.
Great video, i really enjoyed it
Great shooting gents, am sure it helped you concentrate having Lloyd making comments while you were shooting!!
The craic is part of the final, and always has been.
Congratulations Colin 👍👍👍 shot extremely well.
You shit pretty well yourself man.
@@lloydyp You mean shot surly
What a wonderful challenge 🎉
Fantastic , cheers Lloyd 👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Great competition format and good to see a shooter from the NE Scotland winning!
Thanks Mike.
That was a interesting video Lloyd that looks like a fun day of shooting
It's great fun, and hopefully the best way to shoot in a way that's interesting to watch.
Enjoyed watching that, speed round was interesting
It's fun to shoot.
Cracking video Lloyd enjoying every minute off it.
Thanks man. Glad you like it.
Looks brilliant, something I’d definitely get involved in if there was a competition per CPSA class.
Well you will have to come to Bywell, as this is unique at the moment
@@lloydyp I’d be 100% up for that, but not to get annihilated by AA/AAA shooters 😂 if they had a separate competition per level E.g. CPSA class then that would be awesome.
I’ll keep an eye out for it next year.
Excellent video gentlemen. What choke constrictions were most of the shooters using ??
No clue I’m afraid, pretty broad selection of shooters , guns and cartridges and choke choice is personal, we didn’t ask anyone.
Top video!
Thanks!
That was brilliant 👏
Glad you enjoyed it.
They guys are so fast
Some very impressive shooting. I wonder if this could be a useful format to televise more competitive clay shooting?
Well that’s sort of the idea. This is a copy of the old NSCA format which was televised.
Absolutely brilliant i used to watch the American equivalent i really enjoyed it 👍
Thanks for watching
Could you explain the scoring? Please
Sure, the targets have a value that corresponds to their difficulty, target one was a sitter worth 1 point through 7 which was a midi looper at 50-60 yards. A hit scores the target value resulting in a max possible score per round of 56 for the full sequence or 28 for the speed round.
@@lloydyp awesome, thank you!
Good shootin that ,pity they weren't using S&B super parcours 6.5 they would have hit all of them 🤣🤣🤣🤣👍👍👌👌
Good format but do the shooters need the banter in the back ground, bad form :)
I disagree, the point of the format is such that the "banter" is part of it, watch previous year's finals, this is what we have always done.
Seems "a lot" (all) are wearing hearing protection so the banter is probably rather muffled anyway?!
100% agree Ian, a conversation ive had with Mark Winser, it's just bad manners, especially when young shooters are on the stand, there's always usually a couple of gobshites who can't take the sport seriously, once they've shot, fu€k everyone else!!
Excellent video,,Just to much muttering going on in the back ground,,,all for having a crack but not in a shoot off...If and I mean "If" it was a CPSA shoot Lp would of been told to "shut up"
It's not CPSA, we make the rules and the "muttering" is part of the format. It's only this year due to technical difficulties that I wasn't muttering into a mic.
There's one particular cpsa ref who wears very bonnie shirts who went through a competitor on a stand who was yak yaking after he shot 😁😁
And your point is? Again, this is not a CPSA event.
@@lloydyp Point is... shut the fu€£ up when competitor's are shooting, Bywell is cpsa registered ground, and a very good one at that.
@@lloydyp I'll come and introduce myself next time we're at Bywell Lloyd 😁
