I always knew he had energy manipulation to enhance his blows (in the Devastation game and in the Cybertron anime), shoot energy (like how he did in armada and the G1), enhance his weapons (like in the movies and games, animated, RID 2015, the Online game from China, the Transformers Go anime and the transformers war and fall of Cybertron games), I’m glad that this power of Optimus gets acknowledged. I was not aware that the energy blade/axe/sword was actually a superpower, I always thought it was a weapon that he had for every situation, thanks for clarifying that ability of Optimus. And this video proves why Optimus is a thread in the battlefield, thanks for making this video. By any chance, what are the odds of making a video explaining the powers of other characters like Megatron, Bumblebee, Ultra Magnus, Shockwave, Cliffjumper, Soundwave, etc.?
First released in Japan? That was Diaclone, before the toys were reused for the Transformers, some retooled and recolored for Transformers. Plus, the G1 cartoons were American made.
