Since Fancy Goldfish are shortbody fish, they are much more prone to swim bladder issues, and sometimes can never be cured. The best way to prevent it is to feed high quality sinking foods, lots of greens, and to have great water quality.

Feeding pees only helps with gastrointestinal issues like gas or impaction. Often times a gas build up due to improper diet causes the fish to have buoyancy issues which then in turn gets misdiagnosed as swim bladder problems and the common mistruth that pees are a remedy. Generally pees are incredibly healthy for goldfish so it's good to feed them on a regular basis. They do not cure any swim bladder problems though.

Amir Kia I feed the breed in proportion and I want the head structures to be formed so I have to take very good care of it, otherwise the head structures are not formed
kidding just keep it w company and pick a healthy fish also make sure to keep them in a non crowded tank and keep the water temperature on 28C also the filter is important and u need to make sure that the water is clean and healthy and provides good amount of oxy to them alao u need to keep ur lights on for maximum of 8 hours and most importantly don't over feed just take a small amount with ur finger every morning and that should be fine giving them salt bath every now and then helps calm their stress but don't overdo it cause moving them a lot will cause stress (same thinng when cleaning the tank keep a healthy schedule)
