Either Korina is stubborn or Thanatos is just dense.
I'm leaning for the latter
Now Korina is stubborn, but I do believe that Thanatos’s head could rival Tanjiro from Demon Slayer’s head from how dense it is
The only defence for Thanatos I can give is the fact that he never sees the side of Mors that Korina sees. But even then he never seems to listen to her about much
Honestly Luchnos stopped a bomb by entering the kitchen. If Mors learned that Thanatos didn’t want Korina to date him he would’ve exploded. Even if the timer on that bomb is still counting, he prevented it for now.
I swear does Thanatos even SEE Mors as his son anymore? He was all “MORS IS MY CHILD!” back when he was a kid. Now? It’s more like, “He’s the Son of Keres I have to protect others from him.” Like bro! Either claim em or not!
At this point, I’m just waiting. Waiting for anymore chaos to happen cause we know it’s coming. I don’t think Betty should return to the castle, but that might bring the chaos we need so, ehhhh.
(Also I think it’s pretty clear that Thanatos probably would’ve supported the relationship Mors had with Kaiba in OoO3)
Honestly even though Mors sounded like he didn’t care while asking Thanatos about his and Korina‘s discussion I personally felt like he was already seething. Cause in the last episode he clearly saw how hurt Korina was though he had his own way of showing it. All I know is he‘ll explode if Korina gets hurt again, regardless of whether Luchnos intervenes or not

@@themeowcat9 this is really late but it’s true. It could also be that BECAUSE he cares so much he can be needlessly harsh to his loved ones. It’s really up to them if they choose to see his intent or not. Korina does but the others? Not so much
Now it seems as though almost everyone has turned against him. All be us of one action. Crazy how fast they were able to switch up. Now they are all drifting apart. His words had a greater of impact more than he had realized. Hopefully it will get resolved in the end.

One thing that kinda pissed me off in this episode is the fact that Thanatos seems to think that Mors never understands when he screwed up but honestly is Thanatos any better in this episode?😒

Mors tends to cope with his feelings externally, which is to say if he’s upset he takes it out on others in the form of anger (whether he truly is angry at them or not).
While she does outwardly express anger towards others in the form of passive aggressiveness, Korina tends to deal with her negative emotions more internally, which comes out in the form of self deprecation. She could be angry at Morpheus or Thanatos for what they did, but instead she thinks that she’s not good enough for them.
They really are opposites, aren’t they?

I'm telling you they completely balance each other out. What one doesn't have the other has. It's always been like that. Which makes it understandable why they get along so well and kind of rely on each other emotionally

This was a very well produced episode, I found myself very emotional watching it and the topic at hand was really well displayed. Furthermore, the acting on this video was phenomenal to the point that I was in tears. Props to you for such depth of character and emotional portrayal 👍

Gonna copy and paste my answer to this that I have given repeatedly.
I've explained many times, but they aren't biologically related whatsoever. The greek mythology that is considered 'cannon' is really limiting to relationships that aren't creepy as hell, so I modified it to be more freeing. Thanatos and Morpheus are not brothers in a biological sense, but more of a 'been-alive-together-for-literal-milleniums-and-have-bonded-so-closely' kind of brothers.
They are not related at all. They are not brothers, and Korina and Mors are not cousins/she is not his aunt? I'm not going to clarify this every episode because I have clarified in the past, and this is still going around.
