When you are 7'2"+ (even on My NBA where you CAN draft and make centers 7'4"+), and you use a jump shot with at least a B- in release speed AND release height, it's over.
7'3's move at a decent speed this year. Stretches got nerfed badge wise this 2K. Shooting Centers make the game easier. And I'm not talking about centers who "can" shoot...I'm talking about centers designed to shoot w/ the lowest wing span...maxed shooting attributes. Every random rec game, I am guaranteed to get paired with an inside big this year.

I might make this build but I’m not comfortable or confident in the post I might sacrifice that and some of the close shot to get higher rebounding and vertical due to it being a middy/3 machine I have a pure inside 7’3 with a 99 offense of rebound and I’ve left rec games with as high as 43 rebounds going against shooting centers so that’s my biggest concern I’m definitely trying to make a outside and stretch the floor while also being dominant on the glass
Bro I get someone would say mid because a center would have to come out of the paint to guard the stretch five but I think the point of this build is to really shoot the 3 and score inside with that hof paint prodigy and really just have a good reaction time on blocking shots and moving with that speed gotta know when to react that’s the point of a 7’3 center
What do you think about using cap breakers on strength instead for gold brick wall? Nasty screens on a 7’3 maybe plus it unlocks some additional takeovers and generally better ability to box out
Yes, standing dunks are very worth it and very noticeable, especially on center builds. If you are good at the game it won't affect you as much but it's definitely harder to keep up on d.

I made this day 1 and its a great build. The kd jumpshot being unlocked means you dont even need to max your 3 pt or middy to hit consistently. 75 3pt and 85 rebound to get glass gunner takeover is enough to be knocking down 3s with the kd jumpshot.
I made this build before everyone and now people going to start looking at the pro builds but I’ve been looking all year I hope they add tough juice and prince of darkness again
I have this build now and after many rec games and trying to adjust my shooting settings I have settled on high risk w the button on my MPJ jump shot because I’m more consistent with button than rhythm shooting(I gave up practicing it because it’s inconsistent for me and I don’t play this game everyday due to college)

@@davidarmani1894 yeah that’s good as long as ur a good defender. But agility helps u move side to side on defense so keep that in mind. Speed Is off ball movement.

Ngl this type of build just wouldn’t work for pale imo. Way too slow. smaller PF/C like 6’8 or 6’9 is more ideal for 3v3 game modes. This is more for 5’s
@@rarebreedjoat9803the difference is you wouldn’t be guarded by a perimeter lock build. This makes shooting way easier for you. Also, being 7’3 with high close shot you’re way more dominant in the paint than a SF could ever be. Way better rebounder and better passer too. Dominant paint defense.
This build can probably shoot the lights out but it does not stand a chance against my 7’0 center with 70 speed or even the undersized centers i get matched up against in the rec tbh

@@boiboiboi8684 Yeah offensively this build is phenomenal and the post defense is great too. But it will def have trouble getting back on defense in transition and guarding anyone with the slightest amount of speed off the dribble (pretty much anyone under 7’3 lol)

I’d say 85 agility 92 perim is a good threshold and around 80 speed.
