A beautiful church and beautiful playing. I imagined whale-nuts, oranges, lemons and all in all a very good mood in the sense of your interpretation. You play in harmony. Congrats!
i can imagine this Anonymous author sitting back then somewhere under the tree with a view of a meadows, little clouds and a blue sky and playing this lovely piece on his lute.
Wonderful piece, beautifully played, thank you. It is fairly well known to classical guitarists, (John Williams recorded it), conjoining a really great piece, Ballet. (In passing, I have it attributed to Michale Praetorius' Terpischore, which does not contradict source cited here, but would make it easer to find)
a. Glad to be of help b. You can download free of charge the (guitar) scores via google search : iceland guitar school terpischore Score also available from Novello but no need. c. There are various recordings of John Williams arrangement via google search : john williams terpischore praetorius. However I was taken by dreadful quality recording but interesting introduction : john williams Australia 1976 Michael Pretorius d. I was surprised to find there are a couple of Courantes which I will now look at, so delighted to have been reminded by you Hope you enjoy Andrew
