What a creative project Rosanne - which gets better and better over time.
Thanks Paul. You know, I love my bunnies ❤️🐇. Had one as a kid and they've had soft spot in my heart ever since.
That's so nice - I remember you featured one in the garden.
Adorable. I can't wait to see it's progress, as it grows and fills in.
Glad you like Bunny! I'm sure he will make some cameo appearances in future gardening videos 🐇😊.

Hi Rosanne! Another year passes. I remember last years. I love the idea of!

Thank you! You too! 🌹
Rosanne, I loved this new video. You may be pleased to know that just today I purchased my second bunny statuary for my yard . . . the first being purchased just two weeks ago. This could become a problem. My yard is not as big as yours. I have not seen my live bunny in a while. I hope you and your husband have a very nice Easter weekend. Thanks for the bunny topiary houseplant plans.
Hi Sharon. I'm so pleased to hear about your bunnies. ❤️🐇. They do multiply, don't they? Glad you enjoyed the little video. Thank you for commenting and letting me know about your bunny progress. Happy Easter to you too!
I want to try one of these frames over a boxwood. Thanks for sharing this video.
I thought about that too. Good luck! 🌿
So beautiful and appropriate for spring time🐰🐇🥕
Thank you! 😊. I love my bunnies ❤️.
Rosanne I watch your videos over and over. I would love if you could share your pruning of wisteria on video sometime.
That is so nice to hear. Thank you! Great suggestion. I prune it in the fall, so maybe then?
Looks really cool. Keep posting garden ideas Ms.Rosannes. K
Keep safe
Thank you! Glad you like bunny! Stay safe yourself. 🌿🐇
This is darling, Roseanne. Don’t know how I miss this video! So fun meeting you at Bachman’s today! Thanks for all the informative and inspirational content.😍
It was so nice meeting you today as well! What a pleasant surprise! I'm so glad you are enjoying my channel. I really do appreciate feedback of any kind, and especially positive 🌹. In these times, gardening is such a wonderful and uniting hobby.
Thanks for watching and commenting. I'm at Bachmans on Lyndale frequently. Maybe I'll see you again!

You are so welcome! I'm glad you were inspired!
Great channel you've started!
I just love this video. You gave such a detailed description. I’m definitely going to try this. Thanks for the inspiration and Happy Easter. 🌷🌷🌷
Oh good! I hope you'll have as much fun with your topiary as I have had with Bunny. All the best with your project! 😊🐇🌿

You are so welcome! I'm glad you liked the video!
The bow is cute as well! Great idea!
Greetings again! I'm glad you liked his Springtime bow. I think I'll dress Bunny in different bows for the different holidays.
You have already rabbit ornaments in your garden.
This is a perfect addition.
Happy Easter
Kind regards,
Marcus
Happy Easter to you too!
Yay! I love it when you post videos! This was so fun to watch and I love learning any general gardening principles I can from you. I was also going to ask the same question about where I can get a seed trowel & I saw you answered in another comment-so thank you. I’d love to see a video on tips for a garden party, and even just a few ideas of what to do. I’m slowly building my “gardening friends” circle and I’d love to host a small get-together some day. Thanks again-I always love your content!
Hi! I am so pleased you are enjoying my channel! I've often thought about a "garden party prep" video, so thanks for the suggestion. For example, I pick hydrangea leaves, which tend to be large, press them in an old dictionary for three to four weeks until they are dry, and use a soft silver pen or marker to write people's names on the leaves. I use them as table seating place-cards. Things like that...
This year, I think we'll have more, but smaller garden get togethers. 🌹
So cute Rosanne!
The only kind of bunny that I like in my garden.
The live ones came around this week with a clipboard taking inventory of what I just planted. This year I'm caging peas and anything in cabbage family, because last year they ate them all. Thank you for the awesome videos.
Yes, those little guys are rascals. I too just fence in what I really don't want them to eat. 🐇🌷
Love bunny! Perfect timing too, I have a wire chicken that I've been planning to do, this has inspired me to get on with it. lol I look forward to seeing the bunny filled in.
Glad you like bunny 🐇! And good luck with your chicken!
You are a super gardener, great!)You can do everything, you have inexhaustible imagination and an incredible love for your garden)
Thank you so much! Now, if I had more time....🌞🌿🌷
Very nice video, I have a topiary bunny that I have not done anything with, so thank you for giving me a shove in the right direction. I have just found your channel, and look forward to seeing you!
We do think alike! Glad to have provided the nudge ;-)
So cute and beautiful. It’s I will make. Thanks for sharing
You’re welcome 😊
Oh my gosh, my daughter was given a bunny pretty much like yours. It's just been setting in the shed!!!! Every time I see it I wonder how I can get a solar light in it. Well off to Lowe's to get an Ivy now. Thank you for sharing :):):) She just said hers is a squirrel, still off to Lowe's.
Hi Connie,
I'm so happy to hear that, even if it is a squirrel ;-). I'm looking at bunny right now (he's in our office). With the exception of his ears and a spot here and there, he's almost totally covered. It's definitely a cute look. I wish you luck!
Very nice ...you are a bunny lover ...
Yes I am 😊🐇.
Mee too🐇😊👌

Thank you! 🌞🌺🌿
So sweet
You are so kind! Bunny is a cutie 🐰😊
What a terrific video. Thank you so much for being specific with the sizes in your project (height of bunny, size of you terra cotta pot, the pins, etc). I have always loved toparies and have been on a deep dive for "how to" information for beginners -- so far, you are the only person who gives any of the information I just mentioned. Special thanks for the info on where you got Mr. Bunny. To begin with topary, I'm more interested in circles, cones, balls & spheres (my favorite), but you have given me hope that I'll find a few videos that share specifics. Seriously, how hard would it be for the provider to mention the guage of wire being used to make a heart, or the size planter being used or pot size to plant their using?
I'm sorry to ramble, but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your video and all that it includes.
I"ll be following your posts...I hope we get updates on Mr. Bunny as he fills out this season and beyond!
Thanks again
Thank you! I'm so glad you appreciate the "details". It makes the video longer, but I agree that you need to include details if you are making a "how to" video! Topiary is so much fun. I love geometric shapes too! 🌿
All the best with your topiary pursuits!

💕
Cute but I'm definitely not an ivy fan or topiary lover. However, I am a huge fan of you Roseanne and your garden and I watch anything you post.
Thank you! I'm so happy that you watch my videos, even if they aren't your thing. That's quite a compliment! Stay tuned for more videos this summer. 🌹
Can't wait!!
Великолепно!!!
Thank you! 🐇
woow fantastic
Glad you liked it! 🐇
Is English ivy a plant that can overwinter outside? The bunny will be stunning when all grown in, how long will that take?
Hi! We did plant some English Ivy cuttings in our garden last year to see if it would take as a ground cover, and to cascade down some retaining walls. I haven't checked all of it, but some of it definitely came back after this last winter. I wasn't sure it would. I'll be planting more of it outside this spring. To your other question, I'm not sure how long it took Bunny (Version 1.0) to fill in, but I would guess that in a year (with quarterly fertilizing), Bunny 2.0 will be filled in up to his neck, and in two years, he will be covered.
Tks saya mendapat ide, setelah menonton vidio Anda..
👍🏻👍🏻💪😎😍
Oh good. So glad to hear that! 🌞🐇🌿
Can you tell me how you got such awesome root growth on your cuttings??! Lol WOW
Seriously, I did nothing but put them into water and gave them southern exposure through a window. Super simple. They were vigorous, weren't they? 🐇🌿
@@RosannesGarden Wow! Cool!!
So cute! Where did you get the seed trowel?
Thank you! The seed trowel is also known as a "widger." The brand is "Burgon and Ball." Here's a link to one I found on Amazon.
www.amazon.com/Secret-Garden-Burgon-Stainless-Transplanter/dp/B0079ZFSZQ/ref=asc_df_B0079ZFSZQ/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=216531753338&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=6147682630651125186&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9019669&hvtargid=pla-368896873334&psc=1
Great. Can you give me an idea how often you water the ivy?
Thanks. Glad you enjoyed it. I water most of my houseplants that are in the sun about once a week. I usually have some water come out of the bottom, so I know it was a thorough watering. I then dump the water out, so that pot doesn't become water-logged.
Where do I buy the bunny topiary form?
Topiary frames are available from the following website:

Hola! Te miro desde Argentina. Me gustaría si pudieras traducir lo que dices al español. Estaría muy agradecida. Saludos
Greetings to Argentina! I will certainly look into it! Thank you for watching and the feedback! 🌺
@@RosannesGarden gracias 😘
Ivy can You talk us about the vulgaris and científic name of the plant?
Hi! Oh, I wish I could help you out. I always do try to include the botanical names, but I didn't save the label and there are so many types of Ivy. I only know the common name for this plant as "English Ivy". Sorry! I do know it doesn't survive outdoors in USDA Zone 4. Here, it is an indoor houseplant.
