• Create your personnel account on- www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr/
• then login to- cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr/
2. OPEN FRENCH BANK ACCOUNT:
How to open an account?
The documents you will need will depend on which account you opt for. You will certainly be asked for.
3. VALIDATING YOUR VISA:

Documents asked for doing any of the above work:
• Proof of identity (passport, driving license)
• Proof of address:
- (a rental receipt in your name)
