Mostly no, as you need to be a student to be eligible for CAF, you should have a student visa and proper house contract on your name.

Application for CAF should be done caf.fr/
Just follow the steps.
You can apply for CAF once you get proper contract for accommodation.

I complete 3 year degree. If I choose one year Master, it will be 4 year education. Is any problem will face later? Because in many of France Business school, they ask experience or they need to take 2 year Master?

Hey Pranav, it's not compulsory to do Master for 2 years, as there are certain programs which are of 18 months (1 year studies + 6 months internship).
Be careful while selecting Masters.
