Even with the decay and abandonment you can still see the proud details of this once wonderful building. I would love to hear from someone who was once in this place. Again, amazingly beautiful filming as always.
We agree, the place is beautiful even after decades of abandonment. Surely those who knew it would be saddened to see it today, hopefully the proposed redevelopment restores pride to the old brewery.
Love it! Bears a strong resemblance in construction and architecture to the Tennessee Brewery that I shot in Memphis. Both were built around the same time. Very well done!
The restoration is of the original brew tower and immediate surrounding structure. The rest will be new construction that mirrors the styling of the old building. Or so the plan says...
I never understood why the channel doesn't have a million subscribers yet.
Thank you for creating this material, for many years.
Really appreciate it!
Impressive! With all the crazy crap going on that was very relaxing too. Thanks.

Thank you, and we agree - This place bears resemblances to the brewery you shot some years ago. Hopefully this one finds a new purpose as well.
Absolutely beautiful! Especially when paired with an amazing artist like Myuu!!!
Myuu is a wonderful artist, we often listen to their compositions when working.
Any idea when the renovation is supposed to begin? I'd love to get a chance to stick my head in before it's too late.
Unsure when work will begin in earnest, but there's constantly some kind of activity on the property as of late.
Is someone interested again in this property? If there is, are they renovating or demolishing the building?
Seems like Allentown has alot of old hostorical buildings. Would be ashame if something were to happen to the brewery.
We have our fingers crossed that this proves to be a well done redevelopment.
It’s been demolished half way to make into an apartment.
Sadly the Allentown State Hospital and other buildings have been razed. Along with 200+ acres purchased for $5MILLION. Or $25,000/acre!!!
Such a shame, I lived maybe 3 blocks from there, back in the 80’s
So sad it could have be converted into apartments
@@JosieLamb-e5n Some of it will be saved, and the new construction should mimic the old style of the plant (or so the plans say).
I was there just today. I'm reading here there's talk of restoration but it looks like they're demolishing it.
