Brother my name is Navneet from India working in Romania but my contract has been cancelled and I have 2 months more and then my TRC will expire.i have already applied for the work permit in Poland and the agency is telling me that I will get it by first week of January ,I just want to know is that possible to apply for polish TRC when I come here because in 29 January 2025 my TRC will expire

Yes, you can apply for TRC. Just ask the agencyin advance for Annexure-1/ ZUS-ZUA or get a private health insurance/ work permit and apply before last date.
