As of right now it is only any%. The other category I can see is 100%, but it needs to be routed and nobody really plays TO now

When you are doing the side challenges, are you going for fastest time or are you getting all the 3 rewards then completing it.
It is generally fastest. There are few in the beginning that have also a purpose of filling needed loco moves.
