Can we please give it a rest! Both of their tapes were "leaked" by them, not their male partners. Their tapes, especially Kim's is still being sold. No one went to jail or sued for "leaking" the tapes, because they wanted to get famous and needed to milk the controversy.

Paris was a naive 18 year old coming off some trauma of her own. Kim on the other hand definitely had a hand in the tapes release and made herself famous from it.
