13:56 DO NOT do this! This causes you to switch between area 6 and 4 (iirc on the names) but area 6 has a 25% encounter rate for yanma while area 4 has a 5% encounter rate! Yanma catch rate is about equal to Lapras, so this is a nice way to hunt yanma + a rotational for those interested!
