Right from 1994 he always had that abstract sense of humour, I always found it amusing that he was always seen as a 'lads lad' when he was definitely more eccentric than that, which is really what made him a popular figure in the 90's

He’s never been a crack or heroin user and he’s well into eating healthy and jogging so it’s quite reasonable he looks well , if you use drugs to the level of Shaun Ryder or Keith Richards that’s when it takes it’s toll, there’s plenty of 40 odd year olds who’ve enjoyed a sniff and a beer and now look fine........
He seems soooo nice and honest and the interviewer did a good job, too!
You can see Liam has talent about him, he speaks a lot of sense and true he's bang on, an hour of him live would be great to see, hopefully see you soon in Glasgow mate

Wow it is so refreshing to see an articulate and clearly interested DJ interview someone on Absolute Breakfast show.. Dave Berry had seamlessly replaced Christian O’Connel and actually up staged him massively. Brilliant. If Christian was doing that interview it would’ve only been cheap gag point scoring off Liam. This was a class interview

O'connel was the most annoying shit presenter trying to get shit gags in a more interested about telling stores about himself than having a radio. Never used to switch on til 10am when he fucked off. Berrys alright.
I'm pretty impressed the guy avoided the question of an Oasis reunion. 99.99% of interviewers would have spent 5 minutes prodding about it

Liam has certainly grown into a happy and cool guy, not saying he wasn’t cool before as he’s always been an idol of mine, but he’s certainly in a very good place and relaxed, so happy his solo career has worked out for him as it was a brave choice to go on his own FairPlay Liam 👍
Guess having family and stop drugs made him calmer.
