Absolutely love your videos man. I've learned so much. Blender is deep but your knowledge makes it easy, and your no-bullshit attitude keeps me coming back. Picked up your 497 Essential Tips pack on Blender Market. You and Josh are fantastic. Never stop!

Hi man, this tutorial is very cool and i love the workflow, at 19:55 tho i'm stuck on a detail, my bolt's geometry gets messed up after i ctrl++ and i couldn't manage to fix it, even with modifiers in the right order and changing the bevel intensity or setting boolean to exact..

Ryuurui-sama, in your free course "Hard surface jump start" you often applu shading smooth \ auto shade for the cutters objects. I've got a quiestion -- for what purpose? Those objects will be hidden after performing boolen ops on a target mesh, so why even bother? The shading settings will apply anyway to the resulting cut will it? Is there something I'm missing.

Try running bools without it and you'll find out.

@@PonteRyuurui True enough. The difference in shading is obvious. Thanks!
