I recently traded my Epic 1 for the Epic 3. Since I had been away from sewing for several years I am amazed at changes. I love getting to know it and just did my first small easy embroidery project. I found you online and appreciate your tutorials. Thank you.
Thank you Hazel I have the exact machine but have only done some sewing on it. I quilted a quilt and now will try a small embroidery this weekend.. You are so right about how marvelous it is. I look forward to your next video
Absolutely stunning machine. Can't wait to see your new creations. And sorry your machine had to return to the dealer. All my new machines over the years had to be adjusted for me. Only my last one didn't. But my dealer knowing me for years unboxed and adjusted everything before I arrived for pickup. Absolutely nothing like an excellent dealer.
I love watching your sewing and am learning lots, unfortunately I have only had 2 successful stitch outs, have to wait for the next update. Meanwhile, I will learn from you, thanks
I love your Graceful ways! I am in the US, however, the name of my Epic 3 is Victoria. She is a Queen of an embroidery machine, just amazing. Thank you for your videos, I will be checking into purchasing some of your incredible designs.
I really enjoy your two videos and look forward to watching all of them. I made a huge mistake by inserting my power cord upside down and I burned out the cord and internal part it goes into. Please stress the correct way to install the power cord some one eles isn't as dump as me. Also please show how to use the usb stick. Thanks
I wish I had never bought the epic3. I’ve only been able to do one small design since I bought it when it first came out.and after some of the updates now it doesn’t work at all. I’m being told that it will be replaced but when I don’t know. I paid $23,000 for a machine that doesn’t work. So be aware of all the problems it has.
I am so sorry that you have had issues. I had a few but nothing serious I must admit. Be patient and try not to lose confidence in the machine. These issues will be behind you one day and you will realise it was a good investment with Epic potential.
Mine arrives next week. SO excited!!
Clear a large area to set it up. Take it slowly. This is a big machine in many ways.

You will get there in the end.
Thank you for your lovely video, the music is perfect and I can learn in small ways. I like the button that brings the embroidery to the front!
That is wonderful to know. I am discovering new things every day which I will share. Do you have the machine or are you just interested?
@GracefulEmbroidery I have the Epic 2 and still don't know everything it does. I have access to 3 so learning it is helpful

Hi I would like to know how to digitize I have the epic 2 thank you.
@@dorisrivera5740 It takes a long time to learn. Best follow an online course for your software. I recommend Hatch as they have lots of lessons.
