I will never understand the dislike of mac! He might not be the most exciting person on the show but goodness he gave his life to raising those girls when their parents couldn't be bothered.
It's funny. I have always liked Mac as a character because he is an upstanding guy who raised Robin, Maxie, and Georgie. I really have nothing against him. Yet, when I see him with Felicia, I see two best friends who have been there for each other through thick and thin and who have chosen to live out the remainder of their lives together because they are each others' rocks. There's nothing wrong with that I guess. But when I watch soaps, I don't want to see a settled couple who have to seek help from Man Landers to spice up their sex life. I want to see real supercouples who represent passion, love, adventure, tenderness, humor, and a true emotional connection that is blazingly obvious with just one glance at each other. That IS and ALWAYS has been Frisco and Felicia. I know that the era of these kinds of couples and relationships on soaps is over, but nobody will ever convince me and GH fans from the days when the show was a powerhouse in its heyday that Felicia would ever (and I mean ever) have chosen her friend Mac over her soulmate Frisco. I will always remember Frisco and Felicia the same way I will Luke and Laura- as General Hospital royalty whose impact on the show will never be forgotten no matter what nonsense the mediocre soap writers of today try to peddle to the audience :)
Frisco has abandoned her and her children several times. I think she loves Mac and I think he's steady. She's a woman in her fifties at least and wants to settle down with a man she know we'll be there. I also like Frisco and Felicia but I don't want some man I have to chase around the world, either. I think both couples have a different kind of love and that's okay.

I have to say, I'm happy in a sense that Felicia is with Mac for good now. I was worried after JW left GH permanently that the show would end up finding someone to pair Felicia with who would either match or surpass Frisco and Felicia's off the charts chemistry. They were never able to do that with Kristina for some reason like they have with other actors after a love interest left. They just sort of settled her down with Mac when she returned in 2012 and then just turned them both into wallpaper who come out to give Maxie advice once or twice a month. I never thought Felicia would one day end up like this but at least I can imagine Frisco out there living true to his adventurous nature as Head of the WSB It cracks me up that he has surpassed Sean, Robert, and Anna at the WSB. I luv mac scorpio but he still was no replacement for frisco i just think at this point in both there lives they had changed and gh was ready for the frisco and felecia line to end just like they did luke and laura but in the end even with kids in their lives so much has hanged but no one would ever compare to what to what these to had he was her first love not some flame just story telling for the stories no one on these stories have happy endings but at least these two were married in real life and had to real children together even though they have lost one of there children I believe their bond will always be strong thank u gh for producing this dynamic couple

I don’t know...yes, you could still see that spark when Frisco and Felicia are together, but Mac and Felicia are so underrated. Mac is felicia’s rock. I think that’s so much more important. Frisco and Felicia are always going to be one my favorite soap couples but only for what they were at the time. Frisco isn’t her safe place . Mac is.

Mac was always available. He raised those girls as his own. Life isn't all about adventure and adrenalin. Mac took charge. He cleaned up after Frisco constantly. Mac was there. There for the girls whenever they needed him, including Felicia. Mac is a grown-up. Frisco is Peter Pan. Who's the real man in this equation?

This used to be a soap and most people who watch soaps want to see couples with sizzling chemistry, who experience epic love, and who go on exciting adventures. I don't want to watch a couple on-screen like Mac and Felicia whose idea of excitement is clipping each other's toe nails on a Saturday night or planning the next seniors bingo night at the Floating Rib. If that's what turned me on I'd just hang out with my own husband lol. It seems most agree with me because from what I'm told, Mac and Felicia are seen maybe once a year for a filler scene or two. Yeah, people don't give a shit about them while Frisco and Felicia are generally considered to be one of the top five supercouples in this show's almost 60 year history :)

I love that Maxie named her son James Malcolm West and not James Andrew West. Just shows which dad is more important to her as it should be. Mac raised and loved Frisc's children more then he ever could.
Rebecca, Mac tried to take Felicia's daughters away from her, and he tried to frame Luke for murder, all because he was jealous of him. That was horrible and immature. Mac did not care about Luke's children, Luke's sister or Luke's wife. He just wanted to hurt Luke and didn't care about anyone else. Mac thinks of no one but themselves. I always thought that Felicia could have done better.
Because Maxie was supposed to be a surrogate carrying Dante and Lulu’s baby but she miscarried and was really carrying her own child with Spinelli. That’s why Mac and Lulu think it’s not Frisco’s grandchild. Frisco is Maxie’s biological father.

Felicia was with Maxi and Georgie when they were little, she did disappear in 2004 2005 and left them with Mac which I think is probably learn much worse than what Frisco did.That part when Felicia disappeared and left never made sense to me did you just leave the children with Mac
Rosanne Perkins, Felicia went to take care of her ailing mother. She asked her kids if they wanted to go with her but they wanted to stay with their boyfriends. Felicia did not leave her kids. They had the option to go with her. And what is wrong with her leaving her kids with their stepfather? She came back and they knew where she was. Maxie was 18 and Georgie was 15. If anything, I thought it was selfish of Maxie and Georgie to choose their boyfriends over helping their mother and their dying grandmother.

It always amuses me in the comment section of Mac vs Frisco arguments, Mac is vilified for the great crime of being boring ie dependable and Frisco well the writers ruined his character he would never behave that way they wrote him that way because he left the show, umm he's not real all he is is the writing as for real life Kristina and Jack got real divorce i know you like your soaps and everything but imagine having to go to work everyday and play the love interest of your former husband. I'm sure they remain great friends but that is a huge ask of anyone.

I agree that she does now. She's not the same spitfire adventurer she used to be when she was one half of the great supercouple that was Frisco and Felicia. Now she's happy to stay home on Saturday nights to clip Mac's toe nails. It's a sad come down for Kristina Wagner because as soon as she was re-paired for the third time with Mac (because there was nothing else to do with either of them), she was virtually wiped off the screen. Seems nobody cares whether or not they see those two- but they cared plenty when she was paired with Frisco :) Look, we can all like who we like, but please don't ever try to compare Frisco and Felicia to Mac and Felicia. The first is generally considered to be one of the 5 top supercouples in the history of the show and the other pairing is seen 10 times a year when they are given a couple of scenes to give advice to someone like Maxie or Anna.

Mac had help from Felicia. He did not raise them alone. And Robin, Maxie and Georgie were raised mostly by their parents NOT Mac.
