Self-Hate is real. The amount of black women defending NON-BLACK Erica and blaming the producers for “airing” it, but not holding Erica accountable for saying her RACIST words is disturbing. Erica has used this term many times many times: Stevie J, Johnni Blaze and club promoters. She needs to be held accountable. Not only should she not be on the “next season” she needs to be permanently banned. Don’t argue with me, argue with yourself. I SAID WHAT I SAID.

They even showed the video of Scrappy talking about Erica’s parenting and she didn't call him a monkey. And she can't talk about anybody. Because out of all the cast members Erica comes for almost everybody's parenting skills. So what makes her different when they come for hers? They already knew how Erica was. Erica is their entertainment. She is a cash cow for them. I would not be surprised if other cast members used racial slurs, but they did not air it out. I am very happy that they have this round table to educate, but for me personally, I think it’s bullshit. Again, they already know what time it is with Erica, but they continue to let her get away with murder. It’s only because of the backlash so really and truly it was not genuine and the entire cast knows about it they know about the platform they know that it’s hypocritical, but money is coming in and that’s all that matters.

The fact they kept cutting him off is another sign of this inner conflict in Black culture because they never want to show weakeness in front. By not agreeing to the narrative completely, Joc had lost his right to speak uninterrupted, which isn't right.

@jolandamills479 I think he really was going with Spice's "Black hypocrisy" train of thought. Black people want to emulate self-love and stand for our natural beauty, but then they will also chastise another BW's natural hair or darker skin. In the end, we can't help ourselves if we don't love ourselves.

Joc & Scrappy made some very valid points and for some reason they were being defensive. Contouring your nose, bleaching skin, hair, etc.. they can’t be trying to have European features. But a yt woman getting lip injections, mean she wants to be like “Keisha.” It doesn’t make sense. 1 + 1 isn’t equaling 2. But I do love the response the lady gave on how the hair texture isn’t acceptable in schools, work, etc so they have to change their image. I wish everyone can come together as ONE. We’re one and are created equal.

It's not easy being a black human being period, it's universal. We are beautiful, powerful and amazing that why they so scared of us. We need to recognize the power and greatness that we truly are, embrace and silence negative narrative towards black ppl.
