This original comes from a medley of unfinished abba songs, Hamlet III being in two parts, which I combined and expanded into a full length song.
I chose the voulez-vous cover because if released after recording, it most likely would have appeared on this album.
simply amazing end product despite not much being available. Refrain (+ rock instrumental) , Verse and Refrain (+ instrumental), and finally the verse + refrain only in their folk version. I love the balance between the folky part and the more powerful sections. I'm so happy we have decent unofficial versions of "Hamlet" and "Just like that" thanks to some passionate and skillful fans.

Неа, это нужно было оставить как есть, без барабанов и всего вот этого. Голоса и гитарки. Тогда вещь просто потрясная получается. Жутко грустная, но настолько красивая! И вот эти повторяющиеся куплеты, наслаивающиеся один на другой. Магия) Тут, на ютубе это есть. А этот трек просто диско. Но - от ABBA ) Ага, вот тут есть коммент. Фолк-версия. Вот она самое то. Пронзительная.

It doesn't need to be on the album, it wouldn't work. It should simply have been released properly as a B-side to join all the other stuff that wasn't meant for albums. "Voulez-Vous" is a perfect album in its finished form we all know and love, there's really no place for anything else, even perfect songs like 'Lovelight', 'Summer Night City', 'Dream World' and 'Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)', which are very important as the true high points to match 'Fernando'-or in 'Lovelight's' case, to go above to help balance the collection out, were fun but obviously weaker things like 'Merry-Go-Round', 'Crazy World', 'Happy Hawaii' and 'Rubber Ball Man' are as part of the same list.

I can see why it wasn't released. The most part of the song you can hardly understand the lyrics due to the deafening back sound of the instruments. Too much going on. But the last few minutes in which you can hear the voices of the girl it's beautiful
