darumdarimda has no meaning, its an onomatopoeia. just a play of words that sounds like it fits the song. kinda like when you play the drums, you would say it sounds like "ba dum tsss"
This is the first true "first time react" to Seventeen I've ever watched. It was great 😅😅😅 And yes, Seventeen uses those types of words that actually don't mean anything, but are rather "sounds" words - so the person who said it's an onomatopoeia is right. It's like the sound a drum makes.
In response to your question of what "Darumdarimda" means, it's a word that Woozi (the member seen at the very beginning of the video and again performing the fiery closing), who wrote the song, made up JUST for the song. It rhymes...it works...and it did well enough to win them TWO Album of the Year awards in 2023!!! :)
I hope you've deep dive about Seventeen. They are really talented and their songs are really amazing. BTW, I'm an A'tin and a Carat (fandom name of Seventeen) as well. Try to react to Kidult, one of Seventeen's song and my personal favorite. Anyway, thank you for always reacting to SB19.
Seventeen is very underrated. Also patreons are the only ones that get their song requests played. There’s a billion requests on RUclips. We can’t keep up. If you want certain songs played drop them in our community chat in the app on Patreon.
Sun Wukong/ Son Oh Gong is Monkey King from Journey to the West.. and Son Goku is an animation that inspired by that story too. so this Super' lyrics and choreography are related to both story (Journey to The West and Dragon Balls). DARUMDARIMDA has no meaning.. but we, CARATs can assumed it as a magic spell (?) that can make us keep going and not give up because the heroes will always win no matter how hard it is. it's their second title track for this album. They said that this song is the answer for the question from the song "F*ck My Life" (this song is a positive song, the lyrics are about to Fight for My Life. No harsh words). Fyi, they composed and write their songs lyrics.. The one who in opening is their main Producer named Woozi. They have title since debut (2015) as Self Producing Idol.
seventeen is like BTS, they produce their own songs and write their own lyrics. And they both are from the same company HYBE so. I expect you guys to continue to react to them. They are currently the biggest kpop artist while BTS is on hiatus on the military.
They aren't in the same company, they are under the same parent company - Hybe. Seventeen is under Pledis, which is under Hybe. They only have monetary support from Hybe, not creative involvement. Also, Seventeen are a bit more involved in their music productions and choreographies, as Woozi directs the members for song placements etc, and each of their main dancers are heavily involved with their in house choreographers to create dance moves that compliment each member's strengths. I think they are similar in the fact that both groups produce their own music, but there's just a level deeper for Seventeen ~ Much love
@@sadweryiw6441 what i meant that they are in the same company i mean that they are under the same umbrella/parent company. Bang PD which is BTS creator is the chairman of this parent company. And this parent company makes the labels feel more like a family instead of separated entities with no connections at all. Think of it like Disney, or the united states, each state is independent and they can make their own rules and laws but at the end of the day they are still americans and part of the united states of america where the federal law affects every state despite the independence of each one. And maybe you don;t know BTS, but they do the same. They produce everything even their choreo most of the times. That's why i said that seventeen is like BTS .

Sonogong is the korean version of chinese mythological monkey king Sun Wukong.
I watched your videos randomly for song recommendations as a Seventeen fan but I didn't know you reacted to Seventeen! Damn. Liked and Subscribed.
Yes we’ve done them before. Luckily more of our patreons are recommending them. The more they request seventeen the more we do😊🙏💜
