    I think Bee Man can give Rain Man a run for his money. Just by looking up, he can tell there's 15,000 bees there. Not 16,000. Definitely not 17,000. Not even 14,000. 15,000, on the dot, take it to the bank

      It's an estimate. When you get honey bees in packages, you order by the pound and know roughly how many thousand are in it. So you can estimate how many are in swarms like this by comparing them to packaged bees
